asdarley Posted 22 May , 2007 Share Posted 22 May , 2007 Bought an old book the other day and this was in it as I presume an old placemarker. Do people think its genuine? I think its WW1 vintage as it lists airships on the reverse. Will put up other side a.s.a.p. Here is the back page

per ardua per mare per terram Posted 22 May , 2007 Share Posted 22 May , 2007 That's a nice bookmark to find! I usually get pressed flowers, but I've occasionally found some interesting Newspaper clippings. Btw a genuine application form for the RNAS would be WW1 vintage as they ceased to exist before the war ended. It could have been one of those left over after the merger with the RFC. Martin Bennitt Posted 23 May , 2007 Share Posted 23 May , 2007 Seriously, though, this looks like an interesting little document. Can you say what sort of information, special skills, etc, they are looking for? cheers Martin B
