CROONAERT Posted 6 May , 2007 Share Posted 6 May , 2007 Before I rush headlong into researching this guy (a Gt. Uncle who I didn't know had even served in WW1 - James' brother (mentioned in my signature)) I was just wondering if anyone had anything to hand on him... The only details I have (yet - It was only yesterday that I discovered that he served at all) come from the AVL (i'll download the MIC, etc when I look properly into him) and is pretty basic... 18925 Pte William O'Mara, B Coy., Coldstream Guards (plus his home address) No battalion details or anything yet, but does the number mean anything to anyone? (just to tide me over before I research him properly) Cheers, Dave
