Nigel Hi Dogflud Would be grateful for look up of my Grandfather George Thorneycroft MC not sure of his details at that date could be lsited in Northumberland Fusiliers (1st,3rd or 16th Bn) or No 18 Officer Cadet Bn. In this listing he was with the 1st Bn Northumberland Fusiliers, and was an acting Captain, as shown by the circle with the cross in it.
