john w. Posted 19 December , 2003 Share Posted 19 December , 2003 2004-2008 will see the 90th anniversary of many aspects of the Great War, 306 of which will be those convicted and executed. The project I am proposing, is to get as many stories of those who were executed together and present them to the radio/tv/newspapers. We could divide the UK and Ireland into regions and then if there was a volunteer they could look at their own regional SAD men. I am aware that there are 25+ men from Canada, and the Carribean involved, they may be represented if there is a volunteer, as it may be a little difficult from here to know who to send the relevant information to. It can then start in earnest with Thomas Highgate in Sept 2004. It would be a rolling campaign covering a number of SAD cases as of yet to be determined. If you are interested in the project and want to help or discuss any aspect please email me off forum. John
