JDY Posted 7 April , 2007 Share Posted 7 April , 2007 Can anyone help me with the identification of a British ship that shot down a German aircraft on 9 July 1917. Apparently one German seaplane was shot down and another that came to rescue the crew crashed and all the aircrew from both seaplanes were captured (I'm presuming by the same ship).
