Deciphering a Naval record

Could anyone help me please decipher a couple of lines on the naval record attached.

My problems are that I am struggling to read the word in brackets (presumably a ship) after HMS Colleen and then on the next line the Depot or shore base to which that ship transferred ie the word that looks like "Gunner".

Also what is the P.I.C. Number under the name?post-19670-1174233504.jpg

I am afraid the definition is too bad at 4x magnification for my old eyes to read the ships' names. However, the PIC is the Protection and Identity Certificate issued to him on leaving the service.
