RNR Service Record - Help Understanding

I was wondering if anyone could help me understand the following arts of the war service record. I know he served on the Attentive III as a Trimmer.

With this first image I don't understand what the right hand column is about with the top three entries. Is that his pay? What is allce?

With this second image I am not sure what the right hand part of the service is reffering to. Is it a log entry? S.165 "Attentive III: 22.8.16. I am guessing that the second part is that he was invalided and taken to shore by the HT Marie on the 21-8-16?

Is there likely any mention in the logs of the Attentive III of a man being disharged due to TB?

I hope this man is on CWGC? He died from TB attributable to service.

It is being sorted with the help of Terry who has been a great help in putting him forward for commemoration. :)
