MartinWills Posted 2 March , 2007 Share Posted 2 March , 2007 Glad to see that it is being treated with the reverence it deserves as a war grave.
frev Posted 3 March , 2007 Share Posted 3 March , 2007 Mo - this is fascinating news - thanks for sharing. Sure hope it turns out to be the AE1 - and another mystery will be laid to rest & the fates of these poor men settled in history. It will be especially wonderful for John Foster after all his years of searching. I thought seriously about ordering his book (about his search) a few weeks ago - but might now wait a little longer - incase he needs to update & re-release it. Cheers, Frev. sadsac Posted 3 March , 2007 Share Posted 3 March , 2007 Sorry to put any `dampers' on hopes it being AE1 - but the given size of wreck - 30 meters would only be half of the length of an E Class Boat. Sadsac
