james_harvey Posted 26 February , 2007 Author Share Posted 26 February , 2007 I cannot seem to paste the SR. I have copied it into paint and made the res smaller but still no luck, any ideas I have just photocopied it to A3 size and now believe the ship i cannot make out to be lennox which does appear on the SR but not Prince george James
sotonmate Posted 26 February , 2007 Share Posted 26 February , 2007 James For information HMS HECLA was a Depot Ship in WW1,someone here will tell you what sort of Depot ship, maybe a submarine or minesweeper or patrol craft mother ship. HMS PRINCE GEORGE was a Majestic Class Battleship which served in the Dardanelles campaign, served through to 1918 when it was renamed HMS VICTORIOUS II.
