Deciphering a Medal Card!

I've just downloaded my g-grandfather's MIC after getting some results from the new Pensions search on ancestry.

But I'm having a bit of trouble deciphering the 'Cause of Discharge' listed on the card. I've enclosed the image below, I know it says 'sickness' but can't tell if the wording above that is a code or a word I just can't read! Has anyone by any chance come across it before?

It says Para 392 xvi KR - the clause in King's Regulations regarding the discharge of men no longer fit for service. See this link for details.
