Terry Denham Posted 23 February , 2007 Share Posted 23 February , 2007 The pension, medical and service records for men who were discharged and claimed a pension went online today. This would include men who later died of wounds/service related illness. Therefore these records may help anyone trying to prove for MoD/CWGC acceptance that a man died after discharge of causes related to his WW1 service. The content for each man varies but there has been substantial information in those records I have looked at so far. Only Surnames A & B are available so far. The downloads do cost money but there is a fourteen day free trial. www.ancestry.co.uk
