Dolphin Posted 11 February , 2007 Share Posted 11 February , 2007 Chris 2Lt C J Towler (formerly 3rd Battalion, Royal West Kent Regiment) was killed in an accident while flying SE 5a D6175 of No 41 Training Depot Station, based at London Colney, on 4 September 1918. The aeroplane broke up and crashed after pulling up too quickly from a dive. I hope that this is useful. Gareth
