Hi,

Has anyone got an opening date for Molesworth and possibley a use through 1917-18?

According to Philip Birtles 'WW2 airfields' it opened in May 1941 with 460 (RAAF) with Wellingtons until January 1942. There is no mention of 17-18 useage in the book

The site in question was named Old Weston and it lay on what became the eastern part of Molesworth.
