Coldstreamer Posted 31 January , 2007 Share Posted 31 January , 2007 Ive noticed that when people ask for 1901 look ups, pals on the forum often respond with the details Now are they being generous and spending £0.50 - £1.00 , using spare credits or is it on CD ? Just wondering cheers
John_Hartley Posted 31 January , 2007 Share Posted 31 January , 2007 Some (most) will have a subscription to Ancestry.com which has 1901 access.

spoons Posted 31 January , 2007 Share Posted 31 January , 2007 for those looking north of the border at the risk of granny...........eggs etc The Ancestry subscription covers all England and Wales censuses 1841 - 1901 (every 10 years) and covers Scotland 1841, 1851 and 1861 only. To get the others for Scotland you need to go to Scotlandspeople and there is no subscription to that so every lookup costs. \Paul
