Hi Pals

I'm planning a trip back home to Leeds in the near future [with a bit of luck] and my question is two fold

Are the old copies of the Yorkshire post on micro fiche?

and do I still need to book a reader to view said papers?

Top of my want list are the lists of those who signed to with the 1st Leeds Pals that appeared over 4 days in August 1916.

Then anything else I can find.

Regards

Andy

Hello Andy,

The old copies of the Yorkshire post are on micro film.

No you don't need to book a reader to view said papers.

The lists of those who signed to with the 1st Leeds Pals that appeared over 4 days in August 1916 are in one of a series of Scrapbooks (in date sequence).

There is also a Leeds Pals Scrapbook/ Newspaper cuttings.

Regards

Ron
