james_harvey Posted 13 January , 2007 Share Posted 13 January , 2007 Hi All Sorry to be a pain again, but this has crept up on a couple of service certificates. What does PIC No mean. it is usually written below the official number and so far i have seen it on 5 records out of approx 90, i must add this is on the copies from the national archives not the original seamans ones they were issued with. Any Help greatly appreciated James
