Mr. Halstrap is surrounded by the buglers and members of the board of the LPA. With him is also the piper of the KOSB who followed Arthur during his whole trip. Another very well known figure you can see on it is Miss D.Dael one of the most faithfull visitors of the Ceremony. No doubt she is record holder of the number of presences at the Gate. In September I had a stand-up row with a cameraman who insisted on standing in front of where she was seated. I had the pleasure of sending him packing with his tail between his legs.
