SteveE Posted 1 December , 2006 Share Posted 1 December , 2006 Allan I don't have the answer to your question except to say there was probably more than one Army Form C, the limited Army Forms I've seen seem to have the letter followed by a number, or series of numbers. There is a database of images of Army Forms on this forum (search for "A R M Y F O R M Database", the spaces between letters ARE necessary) or try dropping forum member "Grumpy" a PM, he is/was collating all the information for the database.
