Help with Great Grandfathers MIC

I was wondering if anybody could give me advice of what some of the codes mean on my

Great Grandfathers MIC. I have looked at the Medals Rolls and found his regiments, but

was wonderinf what all the other "stuff" stood for.

Sorry. could anybody tell me how you add an image, so that I can add a copy of

the MIC. I have tried the file attachment at the bottom of the page but that does not

seem to work. I have a copy saved as a jpeg.

The remarks seem to be:

Discharged to Commission 9th March 1919.

No T.E.M. (Territorial Force Efficiency Medal), previously the T.F.E.M. (F = Force). He presumably applied for the medal but did not qualify. The other two references with the /'s in are probably correspondence references, perhaps in relation to the application for a T.E.M.

Steve.
