Hedley Malloch Posted 9 November , 2003 Share Posted 9 November , 2003 Today's edition of Nord Eclair announces the opening of a major new exposition on the battle of the Chemin des Dames (Spring 1917) opening at the Historiale at Peronne. It is also something of a homage to Yves Gibeur, a prime example of a fine type one finds in many battlefield villages, the collector who turns his house into a museum for the bits and pieces he has collected over the years. There will be a special section devoted to the contents of Yves' attic and cellar. Although the paper devotes two pages to the expo it fails to supply the dates of the expo. The Museum is open every day except Monday 1 March; opening hours 10h00-18H00. Telephone: +33/322-831-148.
