manchester regiment Posted 30 September , 2006 Share Posted 30 September , 2006 i bought this book today but cant find it on abebooks,there are only the 1970 and 2003 reprints,mine is by gale+polden,ime curious to know if i got a bargain at £25,has anyone else got this book who can advise,theres an inscription in it, it was presented to captain w.ridd 2nd batt county of london regt from robert,g moore,in appreciation of him being their CO+adj in ww1,its dated 9-4-1919,thanks,bernard ps it doesnt appear to have been read,the tissue protecting the colour plates is pristine Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I have an original copy of this great book, my copy is also inscribed in the inside cover to to Maj Alexander A Fergusson, as far as I know it is getting harder to find an original copy.
