tommie Posted 29 September , 2006 Share Posted 29 September , 2006 Hi, I am after information on how to research nurses of the first world war. Any ideas. Thank Sharon. I don’t know if this will help you, but whilst going through my local newspaper archives I came across a number of articles with reference to the local nursing detachments going over to France, the articles contained their names and a group picture. I could email a copy to you if you would like. Tom

Sue Light Posted 29 September , 2006 Share Posted 29 September , 2006 Sharon If you give a bit more information about who you're researching, and what you already know, it might be easier to suggest something. Sue
