For the Pals who can attend, the following extract is from this months AWM E-Letter.

Remembrance Day Ceremony

Tuesday 11 November, 10.15 am

Parade Ground

At 11 am on the 11th November 1918 the guns of the Western Front fell silent after more than four years of continuous warfare.

This year marks the 85th observance of Remembrance Day when Australians remember those who died or suffered for Australia's cause in all wars and armed conflicts. Members of the public are encouraged to attend this important ceremony. Please note that the Memorial will be closed during the ceremony and will open at 12.00 pm.
