sheffielder Posted 5 September , 2006 Share Posted 5 September , 2006 Frederick Radford served in WW1 with both the Sherwood Foresters and KOYLI and was awarded the Mons Star which I believe was relatively rare. Do you know which of the two regiments he was with in 1914? It is worth reading "Researching a soldier" at The Long, Long Trail website for ideas of how to progress if you have not alreday done so.
