Ilbury Welsh Posted 20 August , 2006 Share Posted 20 August , 2006 Jamie, I do a similar exercise as Ian by opening my Photoshop program, then from there open the whole download of six MICs, crop the one I want and then save that as a jpeg. Coldstreamer Posted 20 August , 2006 Share Posted 20 August , 2006 Using XP you just make a box to cover the bit you want and it copies it automatically why did I keep windows 98 for so long................Oh yes, to spend money on medals! johnaylett Posted 27 August , 2006 Share Posted 27 August , 2006 1. Open the PDF in Acrobat Reader. 2. Tools Menu > Basic > Select. With the select tool draw a box around the card you want. 3. 'Copy Image to Clipboard' button appears in the top corner of the box. Click it 4. Open 'Paint' (free program in windows). In the Edit Menu select 'paste.' This pastes the area selected into Paint. 5. File Menu > Save as. Select 'JPG' from the drop down box. 6. Bob's yer uncle.
Stebie9173 Posted 27 August , 2006 Share Posted 27 August , 2006 Alternatively for steps 1,2 and 3 position your MIC image so visible on screen, press the PrintScreen key on your PC (Often above Insert/Home/Page Up. This will copy the entire screen image into the clipboard. Then complete steps 4,5 & 6. You may need to reduce the size of the image down. If in Paint use the Stretch/Skew command and reduce to 85-90% in both directions. Steve.
