Unfinished enfield

This is a webley MkVI i was drawing last night, its not finished as the chequered grips are a pain in the @ss and I am testing the best way to draw them.

I cant just draw an image i have to have somthing to base it on (just me being weird) so i used a pic i found on the net and just started scribbling after 2 hours thats the unfinished project

Thanks Pals, Hope a Draw a Luger P08 one day this week,

Well the grips have been a real pain, so well i am cheating, I picked up a cheapy cap/toy gun off a market stall and will make a rubbing of those checkered grips, on to this, as every way i have tried doesnt seen to work.

Hopefully it will be done by the end of today

I was going to suggest the other day that you need not do the grips, that it was a fine study in itself but I am glad I never, I think it looks great

Thanks Gunboat,

I was thinking the same, but decided to have a go anyway, and now i am really please with it. Now the Luger P08 or the colt m1911 in .445(another 2 guns with checkered grips  )

Why do most pistols have to have them, plain wood looks so much better :P
