Capt. W.F Richardson MCBR

This man is mentioned on a scroll in the Village church in North Nibley, Gloucestershire. Along with several others on this handwritten document he is not listed on the village war memorial( nd vice versa).

Excuse my ignorance but what does MCBR stand for. Military Cross and Bar?

Captain Wilfred Frank Richardson M.C. was in the Border Regiment and his details are on the CWGC site.
