Hello Vectis

A couple notes:

Fraser in January 1915 NAVY LIST issue appears now as a S/LT, no longer acting, with same seniority.

In January 1919 assigned to TITANIA, he was assigned for "command of submarine." If you look, that is standard for this period for command of a submarine in the Flotilla. Irritating as it was since he would have had his own boat in most instances.

It shows Fraser did retire as shown receiving a gratuity.

He appears in the NAVY LIST retired section in January 1929, but not after that. Sorry, don't have a better date for his passing.

All best

Thanks Don

John Fraser having a short name is difficult to trace outside the Navy List, swallowed up by all thoughs with similar names or parts of.

Thanks for your help
