oak Posted 3 July , 2006 Author Share Posted 3 July , 2006 Many thanks Kate, Am I correct in believing that Dewhurst was an officer in the 1st Battalion Royal Munster Fusiliers and that he took part in the landing at V Beach/Sedh-el-Bahr on 25 April 1915? He landed on V Beach from the River Clyde, and his book contains a good 13-page account of his time on the peninsula. I imagine you would like a copy of the chapter?
