Perhaps if you specify your criticisms he might be kind enough to respond here. I'd have thought, too, that rather than beginning a new thread, the place for your opinion might properly and more usefully have been the thread on this book begun on 13 June, in which I particularly invited comments from those who'd had a chance to look it over.
