An interesting map

I am going to post a couple of pictures than came out somewhat poorly (alright, they are terrible ) of a map that I found in an Antiques store about 25 years ago.

It is about 24" x 18" and on one side has a contour map of an area that I believe is in Belgium. The other has a "Message Form" for jotting down enemy troop movements and the like. It also orders that the map be destroyed to keep out of enemy hands.
