bigronhartley Posted 19 June , 2006 Share Posted 19 June , 2006 Hello Steve, I would be most grateful if you could use your magic touch to see if you can find anything in the London Gazette or the Times regarding 2 Lt Charles Henry McCaughey, Durham Light Infantry. I have tried various combinations of searches but to no avail. He was commissioned on the 30th April, 1918 and was injured/wounded on the 30th July, 1918. During the Second World War he was also commissioned in the Northumberland Fusiliers. Any information or pointers would be most welcome. Thanks in advance, fingers crossed.
