Remembered Today:

An Aussie

Prthaps the X on his upper arm should be an A, somewhat smaller.

He would never walk past a grave with a Slouch Hat on it, no matter how attractive the "viewer"!

Otherwise, Goodonyer.

Hi,

It's meant to be the stitching on the cover of his Brodie, (if they were stitche dthat way!) I spose you are right about the walking past tthingy, I intended for him to look forlorn, but instead having looked at him again he seems pretty cheerful!

I see what you have tried to do and I like it, but as the above comments show, including your own, maybe hat scrunched in dangling arm?

Cheers

Great sketch! I like the defiant way he looks towards "camera", and I believe it has a lot to do with the fact that he just has passed through a graveyard... It gives me the feeling as if he had just put his hat on again, and goes forward, knowing well what may happen to him forward in the lines.

Yeah, I think he looks very Aussie and maybe just a touch war weary and narked with the cameraman/artist (who I presume he is saving that glare for).

Well done Soren
