Has anyone successfully downloaded any Naval Service Records from NA documentsonline?

I haven't had any joy so far - but it may be me rather than the system. Would be interested to hear other's comments. Thanks.

I managed to download my grandfather's service record from the site quite a while ago at the nominal cost of course. When I tried to down load one of my great uncle's record I couldn't find my way back to the records. Not the easiest site in the world and I'm not sure that it's me and you
