Can any one help me with a 2ND LT A.F.FAREY 3RD BTT att to the 7TH BATT LEICESTERSHIRE REG

on the 8-11-18 he was mentioned in despatures but im not sure what for.

dont have a service no,but would be very pleased for any info.

I ll let you off then!

Your best bet is if you know where he lived is to search local papers - after that the war diary (at the NA)

His address you could possibly get from his papers if they are available at the NA - Ive had a quick look but couldnt see him listed
