hi i am trying to find a little information of a relative who was in the royal flying corp.

his name was

william harry vicars collins

unfortunatly that is all the information that i have of him i hope someone can help me or at least point me in the right direction

Corps Regiment No Rank

2nd Wiltshire Regiment 7545 Private

Royal Flying Corps 114635 Air Mechanic 3rd Class

Not necessarily a certainty.

The records of service for this man will probably be in AIR 79; if he and none of the other matches on the MICs are your man then its a long slog through AIR 78 for airmen and the Army List & WO Officer's files (for his RFC time) and AIR 76 if he rose to be an officer.
