Anyone have any idea about which Bn this man was in?

12569 Sgt John W Wilson West Yorkshire Regt. MIC says france 11/10/15.

Only a guess but looking at some of the early 16th and 18th (Bradford pals) West Yorks they were prefixed 16682 or 18912 so he may have been an early 12th Batt.He isnt listed as KIA with any of these two nor in the original intake by name.

He was was wounded in the left wrist but survived. Unfortunatley the letter to his family doesnt give a date of wounding.

It is usual story, someone in my workplace found out my interest and produced a trio with some paperwork.
