Mick Hi Only a guess but looking at some of the early 16th and 18th (Bradford pals) West Yorks they were prefixed 16682 or 18912 so he may have been an early 12th Batt.He isnt listed as KIA with any of these two nor in the original intake by name. auchonvillerssomme Posted 11 May , 2006 Author Share Posted 11 May , 2006 He was was wounded in the left wrist but survived. Unfortunatley the letter to his family doesnt give a date of wounding.
