Guest vroome Posted 30 April , 2006 Share Posted 30 April , 2006 I am researching the history of my grandfather Edward Foskett. He was serving when killed in B Bty 156 Bde RFA which he probably joined in 1915 in Camberwell when the Brigade was raised. I would like information on the history of the brigade during the 3 years of its existance but have been unlucky so far it my searches. Does anyone have a history of the brigade or information to help me locate it?

olosangus Posted 1 May , 2006 Share Posted 1 May , 2006 Recently published by the Naval and Military press ( www.naval-military-press.com) " The History of the 33rd Divisional Artillery in the War 1914-18" 156 Brigade was part of 33rd Divisional artillery so this book would give a pretty good account of what they did during the war.
