Jonathan Saunders Posted 29 September , 2003 Share Posted 29 September , 2003 Lee ... I notice Thomas Binfield is not listed amongst those family members remembered in yr sign off. It would be nice to know yr interest in this man. RIP Thomas.
Guest Hill 60 Posted 29 September , 2003 Share Posted 29 September , 2003 Signals - No family connection at all. I came across Thomas' name in the 1st Battalion's war diary whilst researching the Battalion. I thought I'd share Thomas and his fate with the Pals. Some extra details, courtesy of the CWGC: Son of Mrs. Elizabeth Binfield, of 1, Alma Place, Langley New Town, Slough, Bucks; husband of Mabel Ellen Lusted (formerly Binfield), of 19, Magdala Rd., Dover.
