joseph Posted 14 April , 2006 Share Posted 14 April , 2006 Bart, The rules for leave were complicated, but generally 28 days a year even during wartime but was granted when it could be. This would be taken advantage of when the ship was refitting or in a maintenance period, on long leave personnel could travel where they wanted to.
