I have in my possession two titles in brass which I cannot identify.

Both are large, WWI or WWII types.

The first are simply the initials "WR" and the second are the initials "PTH" Neither of them exhibit periods after the letters. (No, the WR is not the Welsh Regiment)

My guess at this point is that they are non-military, but to whom should they be attributed? I am unfamiliar with the constabularies, daries, etc who may claim them.
