Riflemen Charles Morton, and J Grimason

Remembering two Riflemen from Co Armagh who both died on 6 April 1917

Rifleman Grimason served with the 16 Royal Irish Rifles, and is buried in Poperinghe New Military Cemetery (Plot ll E.35)

and

Rifleman Charles Morton, serving with the 9th Royal Irish Rifles, is buried at Pond Farm Cemetery (plot L.4)

Hi A - wonder if these two would have descendants with newspaper connections:-

Morton/Lurgan ... Morton Group of papers

and

Grimason/Lurgan .... is Daryl Grimason of BBC fishing prog fame not from your neck of the woods?
