Hello anyone help with further info on my great uncle 22651 percy forth k.i.a. 24/07/1916

I am researching my families history also need further info on my grandad Joseph henry Forth R.A.S.C.

Welcome to the forum

Percy is listed as having been born in Urmston Lancashire and having enlisted in Manchester. He was killed in action. The 23rd were on the Somme at the time in the front line at Talus Boise

There are plenty of Manchester experts on the forum who can add a lot more

age 18
