mmm45 Posted 27 March , 2006 Share Posted 27 March , 2006 Lets try again!!! Whilst going through my local Roll of Honour i came across Capt AA Loft RA. He died of wounds recieved when trampled by horses in France when the King was visiting the area.Apparently he had served in SA and in the Balkans as an advisor in 1913 He then became a war correspondent. Can anyone add to this exciting life he seemed to live? He had family connections with West Yorks but i think was from Manchester.
