Jose Posted 23 March , 2006 Share Posted 23 March , 2006 I'm looking for a British submarine close to Alicante waters (Spain) on 26th, January 1917. It was not German U-Boat, nor Austrian U-Boat. Lörscher Posted 25 March , 2006 Share Posted 25 March , 2006 Hello Jose ! The only british sub at Gibraltar was E 38, but entered harbour on 14.01.17 from Madeira. Could be an french one, because the area between Cabo de Palos and Cabo de S. Antonio was patrolled by the subs from Gibraltar/Oran and the french RUBIS, OPALE, ÉMERAUDE, TOPAZE are bases there at that time.
