Neil Clark Posted 22 March , 2006 Share Posted 22 March , 2006 Thats interesting Terry, 42 Training Squadron, RAF was based during the Great War at Wye Aerodrome just outside Ashford. I have a list of men killed in various flying accidents here. A few are buried in Wye churchyard. I am trying to trace further casualties from this airfield. It closed down in 1919. Does anyone know where 43 Training Squadron was based? I salute those responsible for getting this man commemorated. WELL DONE... Regards to all Neil
