Hi Terry,

Do you have info for the 2nd to 3rd october, I am following Warrington men and some of them are at Anneux, Vis-en-Artois and at Louverval, to know what they were upto would be great. they were with 2/4th South Lancs

Many thanks,

Mandy.

Terry's diary covers the 2nd battalion (a regular unit), whereas the 2/4th are a second line territorial unit - different unit, different division.

In answer to your query though, Between the 1st and the 6th October 1918, the 2/4th South Lancs were simply "in reserve behind La Folie Wood". Not a lot of information there, I know, but not a great deal was happening.

Dave. :)
