I know this has nothing to do with the great war but can anyone help with info about Mark Mitchel

On the 1871 census he is listed as A soldier 2nd regiment at Raglan Barracks Devonport.

living in married quarters there. He was y husbands Gt.Granfather. He may have spent sometime in Eire as

that is where he Married. He was also at Gosport on A later census. Anyhelp appreciated.
