sandyford Posted 15 March , 2006 Share Posted 15 March , 2006 Denizy Casualty Clearing Station is named as the place of death on the death certificate of a soldier DOW 23/03/1918. I think this might be meant to be Danizy, because I can't find Denizy on a map. The soldier was fighting with the 6th Batt. N. F. and they were in the region of St. Quentin, Poeuilly & Estrees en Chaussee on the 21st/22nd & 23rd March 1918. The soldier has a grave in Roisel Communal Cemetery Ext.
