While browsing about last night (Sunday, 12 Mar 2006), I came across this old silent film. Presumably this was based on the Bairnsfather play, or, at least, the characters. A synopsis of the 'plot' can be found here . I missed much of it, and I cannot say that it is the sort of movie that would hold my attention. It was a creation for its time, rather than for all time. Interesting in places, though. I am impressed that our modern technology gives us the opportunity to see this stuff every now and again. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
